Welcome to Lima Scouting

Here you'll find basic information about our scouting program with the Cub Scouts of Pack 4029 and the Boy Scouts of Troop 4029, in the Iroquois Trail Council of the Boy Scouts of America.  We are chartered by the Rotary Club of Lima.

Our scout meetings run weekly between September and June. In the summer, we participate in council summer camps and other adventure programs, like Seabase and Philmont.  Throughout the year, we have a variety of opportunities to learn new scouting skills through our pack and troop meetings, our camping activities, participation in council-sponsored  events and our trips and excursions.   As a service organization, we give back to our community in activities such as Scouting for Food, assisting Rotary-led programs, and supporting our Life Scouts in their Eagle Leadership projects.
